Each repair request is carefully reviewed by our team to determine whether the issue falls within our warranty guidelines. This includes certain known manufacturing defects that have been addressed in our current inventory and remain eligible for repair.
Our warranty covers the functional performance of hardware components on each crafted piece such as rivets, straps, zippers, and closures, and magnets when used under normal conditions. This coverage is intended to ensure your bag continues to perform as designed.
If your bag qualifies under our warranty guidelines, we will complete the repair at no cost to you. If it does not qualify, we will offer recommendations or available repair options to help you keep carrying Hammitt with confidence.

*Please note, in select cases, we may no longer be able to replace materials on bags from seasons far past. In this case, our team will assess your unique request and offer an alternative replacement option. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes like scratches or color transfer, or damage caused by external causes, misuse, accidents, or environmental exposure. This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
